Use this form to register for bus passes to be used for occasional rides.
Two buses run every morning and afternoon. The "red bus" serves near-west Madison; the "blue bus" serves far-west Madison and parts of Fitchburg, Verona, and Middleton. You can use a bus pass for the morning, afternoon, or both.

- You will receive an email confirmation after submitting this form. This is your child's bus pass.
- Print the email and ask your child to hand it to the driver upon boarding.
- In addition, pass information will be automatically submitted to the bus company, Kobussen Buses, which will alert the driver.
- If you have questions, email the bus coordinators (bus@eagleschool.org) or call Kobussen's Brodhead terminal (at 608-897-9054 and choose 1 for dispatch).
- Passes are $15 per ride.
